Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments after the first hour.

Emergency services are prioritised and charged accordingly.

Cancellation / Abortive Visits
If a confirmed appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if access is not possible on arrival, an abortive fee of €50 applies.
