This website itself has no contact form and stores nothing about you beyond your cookie choice. Calling, WhatsApping or emailing us is handled by those services directly, not by this website.

Booking online is different. The booking system runs on a separate site and collects your name, your email address and phone number, and the address of the job, so the visit can be arranged and invoiced. We only ask for what is genuinely needed to do the work and issue the invoice.

Information from the booking system is used only to arrange and carry out the plumbing work you ask for, to contact you about that booking, and to issue an invoice as Spanish tax law requires. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it. It only loads if you accept analytics cookies, and nothing is sent before you do. It records approximate location, device type and which pages you look at, plus which calls, WhatsApp messages and booking links get clicked. Reviews on this site are shown as plain text, copied from our Trustpilot profile — there is no Trustpilot widget and no tracking from it. Links to Trustpilot, WhatsApp, the social profiles and the booking site take you to those companies, and once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.

The booking system is hosted separately from this website. It is operated by us, and the hosting provider processes that data on our behalf.

We keep booking and invoicing information for as long as required by Spanish tax and accounting law, and no longer than necessary for that purpose.
