Older villas need a different eye

A lot of the villas around Marbella have pipework that's decades old, especially up in the hills. It can run fine for years. Then, one day, it doesn't. I know what an older property tends to hide, and I'll tell you straight if something's on its way out rather than just patching what's in front of me.

Newer builds have their own problems too. Water pressure, mostly, or fittings that got put in to a budget instead of being done properly the first time.

I'll send you photos and a proper account of what's been done, so you know exactly what happened even from the UK or wherever you're based.
