What I do
A villa is a system, not a list of taps. Pool and irrigation connections, the termo, the bathrooms, the pipe runs between them, and usually a stopcock nobody has touched in years. I'll work on one repair or go through the whole lot, whichever you need.
For owners who aren't here all year, I do weekly or monthly visits and check the things that fail quietly: a slow leak under a sink, a pump starting to labour, a heater on its way out. Catching those is most of the value, and it's a great deal cheaper than the alternative.

A good number of my villa clients aren't in Spain full time. Gates, alarm codes, a property manager, whatever the arrangement is, I work with it. And when something needs doing, you get photos and a clear account of the work. No guesswork, no surprises when you're back.
Monthly inspections, so nothing catches you out
An empty villa doesn't tell you when something's about to go wrong. A slow leak. A failing pump. A water heater on its way out. These things get expensive because nobody's there to catch them early.
I offer weekly or monthly visits for villa owners who want a regular pair of eyes on the property. Each visit is €121, the same as a standard call-out. I check the hot water system, the pipes, the drains and the stopcocks for any sign of a leak, and I check the pool plant and irrigation connections while I'm there.
This isn't a guess at what might help. I already do this for a client, every week. I've replaced a sand filtration unit, changed a pump filter basket, and caught a leak before it became a real problem, all on regular visits like this one.
