Monthly inspections, so nothing catches you out
An empty villa doesn't tell you when something's about to go wrong. A slow leak. A failing pump. A water heater on its way out. These things get expensive because nobody's there to catch them early.
I offer weekly or monthly visits for villa owners who want a regular pair of eyes on the property. Each visit is €121, the same as a standard call-out. I check your air conditioning, heating, and hot water system. I also check the pipes, drains, and stopcocks for any sign of a leak.
This isn't a guess at what might help. I already do this for a client, every week. I've replaced a sand filtration unit, changed a pump filter basket, and caught a leak before it became a real problem, all on regular visits like this one.

Call-out and the first hour: €121, including 21% IVA. Villa work often means more to look at than a standard flat: a pool plant room, irrigation, sometimes more than one bathroom.
