Bathroom work I take on
Bathrooms run from a dripping tap to stripping the room back and starting again. I do both ends of that. New taps, showers, toilets and basins fitted; leaks and drainage traced and fixed; full installations planned so the plumbing is right before the tiles go on, which is the point where mistakes get expensive.
A good share of it is second-home work, done while the owners are somewhere else. That means keys, photos, and a plain account of what happened, so you can see the job without standing in it.

Villas and second homes
A good number of my bathroom jobs are in villas around Marbella, La Zagaleta, and the surrounding areas. Often the owners are back in the UK, or somewhere else entirely. Doesn't matter. You still get photos and a clear account of the work, so you know exactly what's happening, even from a distance.
