Most emergencies I sort the same day, and if I can't I'll say so on the phone rather than leave you waiting. You won't need a word of Spanish, and you won't get a call centre. I'll always call ahead if I'm running behind. That's the promise I stand behind on every single job.

What counts as an emergency
- A burst or leaking pipe
- Flooding, or water coming through a ceiling or wall
- No water at all
- A toilet or drain that won't stop overflowing
- A water heater that's failed and left you with no hot water
- A leak you can't stop, even with the stopcock turned off
If you're not sure whether it's an emergency, call anyway. I'd rather tell you it can wait until tomorrow than have you sit worrying about it.
If you smell gas, don't call me first.Leave the property, don't touch any switches, and ring 112. I do plumbing here on the coast, not gas work.
What happens when you call
- You speak to me, not a call centre. I'll ask a few quick questions so I know what to bring.
- I give you a time I'll arrive, and I stick to it.
- I turn up with a fully stocked van, so most jobs get fixed on the first visit.
- You get a clear price before I start any work.
- I clean up before I leave.
Emergency pricing
Call-out plus the first hour: €242, including 21% IVA. That rate applies to any urgent job, whatever the day or the hour. Non-urgent weekend work is charged at the weekend rate instead. Either way, I'll confirm the price with you before I start. See the full pricing page for every rate.
Emergency call-out questions
How fast can you get to me in an emergency?
Most of the time, the same day, anywhere across Marbella and the western Costa del Sol. If the diary won't stretch that far, I'll tell you when I can get there instead of guessing. And I'll always call ahead if I'm running behind.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Burst or leaking pipes, flooding, no water at all, an overflowing toilet or drain, or a failed water heater that's left you with no hot water.
Do you charge more for emergency call-outs?
Yes. Any urgent job is charged at the emergency rate, whichever day it falls on: €242 for the call-out and first hour, including 21% IVA. Work before 09:00 or after 17:00 goes on that rate too. I'll always confirm the price with you before I start.
Is there a call-out fee if I cancel before you arrive?
No, the call-out fee only applies once I've attended. A separate cancellation fee applies only if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice on a confirmed non-emergency appointment.
