A burst pipe or a flooding bathroom doesn't wait for office hours. Neither do I. Call me any time, day or night, and I'll get to you the same day. I'll always call ahead if I'm running behind — that's the promise I stand behind on every single job.
What counts as an emergency
- A burst or leaking pipe
- Flooding, or water coming through a ceiling or wall
- No water at all
- A toilet or drain that won't stop overflowing
- A water heater that's failed and left you with no hot water
- Any gas smell or gas fault (I'm UK gas qualified)
If you're not sure whether it's an emergency, call anyway. I'd rather tell you it can wait until tomorrow than have you sit worrying about it.
What happens when you call
- You speak to me, not a call centre. I'll ask a few quick questions so I know what to bring.
- I give you a time I'll arrive, and I stick to it.
- I turn up with a fully stocked van, so most jobs get fixed on the first visit.
- You get a clear price before I start any work.
- I clean up before I leave.

I aim to get to you the same day, anywhere across Marbella and the western Costa del Sol. I'll always call ahead if I'm running behind.

Do you charge more for emergency call-outs?

Is there a call-out fee if I cancel before you arrive?
No, the call-out fee only applies once I've attended. A separate cancellation fee applies only if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice on a confirmed non-emergency appointment.
